In 2014, Secure Engineering approached Zoodikers, a marketing company based in Tunbridge Wells, having seen the company’s excellent presentation at the 2020 Marketing Exhibition, in Kent.
Secure Engineering commissioned Zoodikers to review the company’s current position in the market and develop an informed strategy based on their findings, detailing a series of actions for the future.
The initial strategy workshop saw Zoodikers undertake an in-depth analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for Secure Engineering, in addition to completing a PESTLE Analysis which aimed to identify various factors affecting the business including economic, political and technological. These were all taken into consideration and preliminary suggestions for the way forward were discussed.
The next step was for Zoodikers to conduct extensive interviews with the Secure Engineering team, to find out how they believe the company is viewed by others, and to express their thoughts on the various concerns and challenges facing our customers today.
Zoodikers then approached a cross-section of our customers, past and present, and our suppliers to discuss their perception of Secure Engineering. Customer research showed that, despite the variable reputation of the security industry overall, Secure Engineering were thought to be a trusted and respectable company, with highly trained, helpful and knowledgeable staff and good customer service. 91% of those surveyed, stated that they considered their relationship with Secure Engineering to be good to very good, and 100% said that the quality of service and expertise offered was good to very good.
