Pentagon Shopping Centre Upgrade CCTV System

Secure Engineering, the Maidstone based CCTV specialists, have successfully completed an upgrade of the surveillance system at The Pentagon Shopping Centre in Chatham. Secure Engineering, who won the contract against stiff competition, recommended the installation of 16 high-speed dome cameras located throughout the 380,000sq ft shopping centre. The images from each of the cameras are relayed back to a control room situated within the shopping centre and are constantly monitored by security personnel. In addition the system has been expanded to allow both the Centre Manager and Operations Manager to select and monitor cameras of their choice from their offices.
